I have known Joe Walsh and his company for 9 years and have now used him on 3 projects, 2 new house builds and 1 commercial fit-out. On all projects his quality of workmanship is the best I have come across in the industry and I have been a Project/Commercial manager for 20 years within commercial modular building installation and he and his company are very professional. Supervision when required towards sub-contractors is very supportive and he has got a good knowledge of all trades. A strong point is that if he does not know in any detail what is being asked, then he will research and talk to others. Constructive criticism is taken well and another major attribute is in seeing what the client requires and if not possible then coming up with new options that can be discussed. His and the workforces general appearance and conduct on site are very professional and he/they have an ability to know what the client expects and by doing this, exceeds. In all of the time that I have been using Joseph Construction, they have never let me down and have been very quick to respond even if the work is completed. Budget is generally on target with any uplift being outside of his control like ‘Deeper foundations due to Building Control’ I have built a good relationship with Joe and the company and unless something major happens would not consider going elsewhere as he exceeds in all areas.
